1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the Yuefolabs website. They are not the contract for a project. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins; where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

2. Information on this site

Service descriptions, indicative delivery times and any figures published here are general guidance. They are not a binding offer and can change without notice. Binding scope, price, the number of revision rounds and the timeline are set out in the project agreement.

3. Enquiries

Sending the contact form does not create a contract and does not reserve capacity. We reply in writing. A project begins only once a written scope and a fixed price are agreed and the first instalment is settled.

4. Client work shown on this site

The sites listed as proof of work are real projects we built. They are operated by their owners and may change, move or go offline at any time. We show them as evidence of work delivered, not as a statement about their present condition.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout and code of this website belong to Yuefolabs and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Client brands, trade marks and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Availability and liability

This website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Turkish law. The law governing a project is agreed in the project contract.
