Usually with questions, because the questions are where the scope comes from. If a call would be faster, we will suggest one. We will not require one to give you a price.

Pages, functionality, integrations, the number of revision rounds, and what is explicitly out of scope. Fixed price, agreed in writing, before any work starts.
